Kids will enjoy feeding the friendly farm animals that come right up to the farm fence in front of the cottage. The animal family consist of Sandgroper the alpaca, Xena the cow, goats, sheep, lambs, chickens, guinea pigs and majestic horses. Don’t forget to listen for the kookaburra’s call – its a delight.

You will feel like this is your home away from home. Full kitchen facilities with separate dining room provide ample space for families to cook up a treat and relax, enjoying their meal overlooking glorious views to the distant hills.

Curl up in front of the open fire on a cold winter’s night, relaxation is instant. Three bedrooms amply cater for families. Main bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom a double and one single, third bedroom two singles. Full laundry and bathroom facilities.

Swan River frontage with private jetty adds to the ambience of such a beautiful farm. Families during their stay, can fish, swim or canoe.

Settlers Rest Farmstay Swan Valley is centrally located in the Swan Valley, with restaurants, wineries, wildlife parks, walk tails and lots more all within a few kilometres. It is a short 30 minute drive from Perth.
