Adventurous Women is an Australian owned and operated company, providing escorted adventure travel, tours, activities and events exclusively for women since 1998.

From low level walking to the more challenging mountain climbs, inspirational retreats and adventure weekends our aim is to try and provide a range of activities to suit everyone.

Their mission is to provide women with an opportunity for personal challenge, to develop and build on new skills, increase their confidence and experience the natural environment.

If you’ve longed to visit Western Australia’s Kimberley region and you’re interested in getting off the beaten track, then this is the tour for you! Their women only tour travels through the heart of the rugged Kimberley, along the world renowned Gibb River Road from Broome to Kununurra, exploring hidden gorges, swimming holes, waterfalls, enjoying easy to moderate walks and soaking in the ever changing landscapes of this vast country.

Highlights include: Exploring the iconic Gibb River Road. hidden gems of the Kimberley, ever changing landscapes – a photographer’s dream, refreshing swims in pristine water holes and hot springs, the incredible Bungle Bungles, camping under a blanket of stars, the fascinating Boab, sunsets, waterfalls, gorges and ancient Indigenous rock art.

Join them on one of their unique Women Only Happy Camper Tours, as they journey through some of the best country Western Australia has on offer!

From experiencing remote outback stations, rugged coastlines, exploring stunning marine life within world heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef and then onto discover amazing landscapes and hidden gorges at spectacular Karijini National Park, this tour has it all! Packed with adventure, exploration, spectacular scenery, great hikes, relaxation and best of all…. in the company of like-minded women.

The optional tours will be provided to you on booking and should be requested at the time of booking your holiday with them, to ensure you don’t miss out. Also at any time throughout the tour, if you’d rather kick back at camp under the shade of a tree and read a book … you can!!

It’s your holiday and if you choose not to walk, swim or explore on any given day, that’s totally cool with them. Age – No barrier on their tours, you just need to have good mobility and a good attitude. On this particular tour as a guide, the ages generally range from 25 through to 75.

Adventurous Women are delighted to once again, provide a Women Only end-to-end walk, on Western Australia’s iconic Cape to Cape Track.

Listed in the top 10 of National Geographic’s “Best Walks in Australia”, The Cape to Cape is not just a walk – it’s an experience like no other. Breathtaking views, great company, friendly and knowledgeable guides, a little indulgence mixed with a little adventure and as always, lots of laughs.

You will be walking approximately 20 kilometres a day with the total distance of 135 kilometres to complete the full Cape to Cape end-to-end.

This walk can be quite challenging and is made achievable as you only carry a day pack and return at the end of each day to hot showers, a glass of wine and a great meal in the very comfortable beach house accommodation at The Break – which comes complete with a spa!

Most travellers are solo, so you will be paired up with another lady from the group for the duration of the tour – unless travelling with a friend or if you request a single room.

Go With The Flow Paddling Weekend is a 2 day, all inclusive guided kayaking tour on the Murray River near Pinjarra.

The stretch of river you’ll be kayaking is known as a popular flat water paddle, suiting a wide variety of fitness levels and experience. Everyone is welcome, from experienced paddlers to amateurs wanting to learn new skills. Kayaks are provided, however you can bring your own if you wish.
