Forage Safaris operates Food and Farm Tours to the heart of our farming country, offering a ‘going back to our roots’ experience by visiting farms and small producers, ultimately on a food forage.
These tours are unique in giving clients the opportunity to visit a working farm. Learn about the produce of Western Australia, sample the by-products and experience life on a farm while exploring the back roads of the south west. A picnic lunch in unique picnic spots will be included, or lunch with a farmer.
Departing from Busselton, Western Australia, they offer full day, half day, family-friendly food and farm tours, going on a meet the farmer or producer experience. Be prepared to meet the farm dog or dairy cat, pick, smell and taste fresh produce, shop at the farm stall, enjoy the picturesque and ever-changing views along the way, and reconnect yourself with the land.
Their tours change with the seasons. Explore beautiful areas such as Margaret River, Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Ferguson Valley, Capel, Nannup, Donnybrook, Bridgetown, Balingup and more.
With a maximum of seven passengers on each tour, the tours are very personalised and are inclusive of morning and afternoon tea/coffee, and a unique picnic lunch on full day tours.
