Hibernian Place is brought to Perth by BGC Development and will be opening at the end of April 2018.
Hibernian Place at 480 Hay Street in Perth’s East End is home to the eagerly awaited 368-room, five-star Westin Perth, which features 24 suites, a Bodhi J Wellness Spa, fitness centre, infinity swimming pool, meetings spaces and an 800 square metre ballroom. Its signature restaurant, Garum by Guy Grossi, joins world-class hospitality operators within Hibernian Place including Offshoot coffee roastery by Mary Street Bakery, Arthur and Company by Graham Arthur, Huxtaburger from Melbourne, rooftop bar Hadiqa by Andy Freeman and Uber’s Perth headquarters. Hibernian Place has the capacity to host functions of any size or style – as do many of the individual operators.
A larger-than-life face of a female muse on its 22 metre-high wall is by Australia’s most recognisable street artist, Rone.
A 2000 square metre landscaped central plaza, rooftop garden, WiFi hotspots and a calendar of activities caters to visitors.
