Adventure and Outdoors Tours

Dare to discover Dirk Hartog Island, an oasis of natural beauty in the vast expanse of Western Australia. Experience a thrilling marine transfer from Denham to Dirk Hartog Island that offers the chance to see some remarkable creatures – dolphins, manta rays and even whales! Enjoy unexpected luxury amidst nature with a decadent morning tea at ‘The Inscription’, Australia’s most remote bar and cafe.

Embark on a journey through history as you learn about the ‘Return to 1616 Nature Conservation’ programme; and witness endangered species being reintroduced into their native habitat where they now roam wild and free.

Your Day at Dirk includes a 4WD adventure visiting the majestic blow holes and Surf Point marine sanctuary in search of sharks, turtles, whales, dugongs and dolphins. Discover the rugged beauty of the eco-island’s landscape and learn about its World Heritage status.

Uncover the finest delicacies of Shark Bay with an ocean-to-plate lunch, followed by a guided tour of our historical shearing shed to discover the island’s pastoral history that operated for over 100 years producing hundreds of bales of wool each year.

Soak up the sun on pristine beaches or explore further out to sea via kayak or SUP. To complete this unforgettable experience, enjoy afternoon tea (or cocktails!) featuring our own Inscription Gin before boarding back home feeling refreshed.
