Catering for just two to six guests, this is the ultimate tasting experience, visiting a hand-picked selection of Margaret River’s Award-Winning Vineyards and Cellar Doors.

Created for guests serious about wine, the Connoisseurs Wine Tour reveals the ‘terroir’ of the region and gets up close and personal, with the vines, Vignerons and Owners from a variety of Margaret River’s finest labels. Tours can also include optional wine flights/barrel room food and wine pairings.

The tour starts with an oceanside coffee, splendour of a fairy-tale forest and short walk on a section of the famous ‘Cape to Cape Track,’ where spectacular cliff-top views over the Indian Ocean and pristine white, sandy beaches showcase the natural beauty of Margaret River. An adventurous start to a day of fabulous tasting.

For connoisseurs of all things delicious, the taste of delicious cranberries, pistachios, sea salted caramel, macadamias and honey almonds tempt guests with a sneaky diversion to Margaret River’s favourite, French inspired Nougat Company. To close the Tour, a relaxing ‘Sundowner’ and grandeur of a Western Australian Sunset over the ocean. . .enjoy!

The perfect snapshot of Margaret River in a day – Wine Tasting, Food and Coastal Adventure!

This Tour visits those smaller, family owned Boutique Vineyards that consistently produce outstanding Wines! Vineyards are usually smaller in size with a highly crafted, ‘hands on’ approach to producing beautiful Wine. Their Vintages are very desirable and usually hard to source! Often, a visit to these Cellar Doors is Guests only chance to taste and obtain their Wine the Tour to be on if Guests wish to ‘Top up their Cellar!’

A beachside coffee starts the day before we drop into Margaret River’s world class, big wave surf spot, ‘Main Break’ at ‘Surfers Point.’ Perfect spot to watch adrenalin charged surfers taking on the power of the Southern Ocean.

Meandering, tree clad country roads through Margaret River’s best wine country lead us to a delicious, Italian inspired meal in a beautiful alfresco, olive grove setting. Homemade pasta, wood fired pizzas, grilled fish & salads are local favourites here with a glass of wine or beer.

TheTour closes with a short hike to the ‘Wilyabrup Cliffs’ and breathtaking coastal views, high above rugged, granite, coastal cliffs! ‘West Coast Sunsets’ from here can be truly magnificent!
