Join them for a cruise to see wild dolphins and rare Australian sea lions before getting up close with the world’s smallest penguins! Island Ranger present penguin feedings daily. Getting there is easy with ferries departing hourly. Spend as long or as little as you like to swim, snorkel, picnic and explore the nature trails and beaches before catching a return ferry at your leisure. If you want to experience their gold award-winning swim with wild dolphins and tick the bucket list, they invite you for this exhilarating day out. If you need catering, they also have their own restaurant on the main land to provide you with their popular fish and chips and other seafood delights.

Enjoy the scenic highlights of the Shoalwater Islands Marine Park and keep a look out for the wildlife! This 60-minute cruise onboard a glass-bottom boat takes in the ruggedly spectacular coastlines of Penguin, Seal and Bird Islands and takes advantage of the best wildlife spotting opportunities of the day. Wild dolphins, rare Australian sea lions, pelican rookeries and nesting ospreys are regularly sighted and the friendly crew will get you right amongst the action! This tour also includes exclusive limited access to Penguin Island for a 30-minute guided walk to enjoy the spectacular views from the beaches and lookouts.

(Available first weekend in June to 14 September only when Penguin Island is closed to the general public.)

The cruise concludes on Penguin Island to see the penguin feeding and then enjoy some island time before returning on the ferry at your own leisure.
