Waringarri Aboriginal Art and Culture Tours

Cultural and Theme Tours

As of March 2020, Waringarri Aboriginal Art and Culture Tours have postponed their tours until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Visit the ancient escarpments of the Kimberley landscape of Kununurra in Australia’s north west with Waringarri Aboriginal Art and Culture Tours.

With local Aboriginal artists and tour guides, experience a ‘mantha’ (traditional welcome), learn about “ngarrangarni” (dreamtime) stories and understand contemporary Aboriginal histories. Share a conversation, listen to the haunting sounds of the didgeridoo, taste homemade damper and bush foods. Learn a word or two in Miriwoong language followed by a good yarn and a laugh!

Waringarri Aborignal Art and Culture Tours offers authentic Aboriginal cultural experiences that combines spectacular landscape, art appreciation, music and storytelling while enabling visitors an intimate conversational opportunity with local people.

Due to current health advice on social distancing, please contact the business for the most up to date information regarding opening times and services.
