Join in for a ‘fun learning authentic hands-on Spanish Cooking Adventure’! The class will include learning to cook the following dishes. At the end of it you will enjoy your delicious Spanish Tapas with the other students at Next Generation Restaurant Area. The restaurant is licensed so you will be able to purchase your favourite drink for a reasonable price.
Cider-Glazed Spanish Seared Pan Chorizo.
Garlic, Parsley and White Wine Sauce Sauteed Mushrooms.
Spanish Fried Potato and Onion Omelette.
Grilled Asparagus topped with Fetta Cheese, Lemon, Rock Salt and Pepper.
Spanish Cured Ham (Jamón) on Toasted Catalan Tomato Bread and Olive Oil.
Complementary Dessert Cooked by La Tapa Loca – Vasque Country Cheese Cake Topped with Strawberry Sauce.
Includes detailed recipe book.
La Tapa Loca will provide aprons and all cooking utensils.
Please wear closed comfortable shoes (no high heels) due to safety reasons.
There is plenty of free parking available at the entry of Next Generation Perth South.
Please arrive on time as they will be starting their class at 3pm.
