Sit back and relax as executive chef Hayden Vink serves a delicious six-course dinner while Brian takes you on a craft beer journey showcasing Black Brewing Co’s dark winter brews carefully matched with each course.
Picture butter poached Marron, followed by fresh Kingfish, beef tartare, smoked duck and lamb shoulder with a bad boy bao bao stout reduction. There will be just enough room to squeeze in dessert as guests enjoy being the first to experience the breweries soon-to-be released new winter seasonal porter.
