Love your Sunday morning Chinese dumplings but hate waiting impatiently in a queue alongside a long line of hungry people? Then this hands-on cooking class in Perth is for you!
Join their experienced chef for this beginners class in Chinese dumpling-making. You will learn techniques including making and rolling out the dumpling dough, the creation of the signature textured pork and vegetable filling and the shaping into various shapes of Shanghai dumpling.
At their newly designed hands-on culinary class, all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by their chef. You will take your dumplings and prepare them in broth with garnish and fried potsticker style, all served with various dipping sauces and garnishes.
At the end of this fun cooking class, you’ll get to enjoy your handmade Chinese dumplings. They are fully bring-your-own (BYO) and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups they ask that you bring an Esky as refrigerator space is limited).
