This cooking class in showcases French food at it’s best and to this day, the cornerstone of classic bistro cuisine!
In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll be cooking dishes hands-on, following the guidance of The Cooking Professor’s resident chef Riki.
On the menu includes chicken liver pate de campagne, French onion soup, coq au vin, ratatouille, salad nicoise and chocolate Fondat.
Chef Riki will take you on a journey through some of the timeless recipes from the streets of the cosmopolitan city that is Paris, where one of its most enduring culinary treats is the traditional Bistro.
Be inspired, well-fed and don’t forget, they are BYO! Glassware provided if needed (for large groups they ask that you bring an esky as fridge space is limited).
