Many are just hearing about this ancient art of food preservation and starting out can seem overwhelming. In this class, they will show you that it’s actually pretty easy, all it takes is a little time and patience. Make your meals amazing by introducing some “Umami” flavour – translated as “pleasant savoury taste”.
In this class, you will have the chance to try a variety of ferments. These delicious tastings will accompany a vegan-friendly, anti-inflammatory and Ayurvedic balancing meal (with fermented rice too!)
At the end of this Perth workshop, you’ll feel refreshed and full of new knowledge – ready to make some of your own delicious ferments at home! And you’ll walk away with a jar of sauerkraut, a recipe booklet and kombucha starter kit.
