Let chef Sunny from the Cooking Professor transport you to his home-land with classic Filipino dishes that you will learn how to make in this Perth cooking class.
Filipino food is an authentic and especially unique cuisine that blends South-East Asian flavours with a touch of Spanish flair and love. Sunny will show you his favourite recipes and demonstrate how to prepare classic flavours and textures of the Philippine Islands.
On the menu:
– Sunny’s chicken adobo
– Pinakbet vegetables hotpot with coconut sauce
– Lechon kawali crispy fried pork belly with chilli vinegar and soy dipping sauce
– Lolas lumpia Filipino fried spring rolls
– Roasted eggplant salad
– Leche flan Filipino creme caramel
This cooking class is also suitable for children 14 years and older. You’ll be cooking these amazing dishes hands-on and at the end of the class, you’ll get to enjoy the food you’ve made.
They are fully bring-your-own (BYO) and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups, they ask that you bring an esky as fridge space is limited).
