Join Chef Riki in this unique cooking class in Perth that’s close to her heart, as you learn how to cook delicious street food from Jerusalem!
In this beginner-friendly class, Chef Riki promises to reveal all the little secrets of this Middle Eastern cuisine along with sharing her own story. She’ll explain Israeli food culture – where food is generously shared among families, friends and neighbours. People visiting each other’s home, gathering around the kitchen table, gossiping and tasting new dishes.
On the menu:
– Fish cakes in tomato sauce
– Roasted cauliflower with tahini
– Mujadara lentils rice and yogurt cucumber
– Sweet cigars and more!
Chef Riki will be taking you back to her homeland, sharing with you the treasures of Israeli street food.
In this class, you’ll be cooking dishes hands-on and at the end of the class, you’ll get to enjoy the Israeli feast you’ve made! They are fully bring-your-own (BYO) and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups they ask that you bring an Esky as refrigerator space is limited).
