Join Chef Riki Kaspi in an exciting Moroccan cooking demonstrations event, offering delicious food tastings! You’ll even get to enjoy three different wines paired by Scott Yelland from ‘WA Cleanskin Cellars Doubleview’.
This unique experience in Perth is a night of good company, great food and wine! You will enjoy a delicious tastings menu, including: Moroccan chicken tajine served on aromatic couscous, roast vegetables spiced with Ras el hanut, chicken dukkah fingers, Za’atar baked pitta bread with dukkah and lamb tajine.
You will watch as Chef Riki demonstrates easy, delicious and healthy Moroccan meals using her own line of ‘Moroccan Spice Journey’ artisan products, while Scott will be pairing three wines to match the flavours of Chef Riki’s dishes.
Riki’s ‘Spice Journey’ products will be available for sale on the night for a special discount rate. All wines will also be available to purchase on the night at cellar door prices with delivery straight to your front door!
