Mosaics and Mindfulness is a wellness day out. Experience the magic of mosaics and mindfulness.
The workshop will introduce you to the wonderful activities of mosaics and journaling as a creative, spiritual, emotional and intellectual pursuit.
It provides opportunity for you to “be in the moment” and experience mindfulness – a key ingredient for creating clarity and resilience.
Journaling provides a mechanism to off-load your thoughts and feelings in a relaxed, safe environment, while the activity of mosaics allows you to experience the calm, still state of mindfulness.
The workshop includes all materials to create your mosaic plus your very own spells for wellness journal along with great food and beverage to keep you nourished and hydrated.
