Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show and Spring Festival

Community Event

7 Sep 2020 to 19 Sep 2020

The Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show and Spring Festival is internationally-recognised as a world-class botanical floral display with over 600 labelled specimens displayed for your enjoyment, alongside a new state-of-the-art purpose-built herbarium. An energetic band of volunteers goes forth into the bush armed with picking licenses to seek elusive specimens.

The Spring Festival program of events keeps growing and diversifying just like the flowers that adapt to the environment in which they live, offering an opportunity for visitors to become immersed in abundant wildflowers and the vibrant community of Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun and Jerdacuttup.

The program includes Wildflower Show up to or over 600 labelled specimens and souvenirs, Wildflower Hotspot Bus Tour, Galaxy Country Carnival and Street Parade, Open Shed – Rusty Relics, Art Exhibitions by Dunnart Gallery Ravensthorpe, Windpsray Art Hopetoun, Patchwork Display, Walk and Talk with Rangers in the Fitzgerald River National Park, Nature Walk, Wildflower Four-Wheel Drive Tag-Along Tours, Marine Walk, Painting Workshops, Pop-up Shops and ramble down Morgans Street.
