Your days begin with a welcoming sunrise viewed from your anchored perch on the ocean as they delve in to a morning yoga practice to awaken the body and mind. This sunrise session is followed by a delicious, nourishing breakfast on the spacious bow of the your home for the next two nights “Ningaloo Virgin”.
Daily pranayama breathing sessions and yoga classes are held either on the boat or on the shores of secluded beach spots the yacht takes them. Mindful morning practices of Vinyasa yoga aim to activate your body, release tension and revitalize your mind to set you up for a beautiful day of sailing. During the afternoons, they will wind down and ground themselves through Yin Yoga. This soothing and time honoured practice helps to process the day’s activities, relaxing your fascia and minds.
Nourishment for the mind, soul and body: to complement the stunning surrounds of the World Heritage Listed Ningaloo Reef and the guided yoga sessions, delectable meals will be freshly prepared and cooked by their on-board chef.
