Time to make your own, fresh, healthy and tasty homemade sausages in this cooking class in Perth!
In this workshop which is perfect for beginners, you will learn mincing, stuffing and twisting sausages, practising techniques to cook your own freshly made sausages properly.
On the menu:
– English bangers/Chipolata sausages – pan-fried
– Boerevores Sausages – grilled and baked
– Fresh Spanish chorizo
At their newly designed hands-on culinary class, all participants will team-up to pairs following the same recipes guided by their chef to cook selected dishes while enjoying the delicious tastings of your own making!
At the end of the class, you’ll get to enjoy the homemade sausages you’ve made. They are fully bring-your-own (BYO) and do provide glassware if needed (for large groups they ask that you bring an Esky as refrigerator space is limited).
