Utilising produces from some of Western Australia’s gourmet producers and highlighting native Australian cuisine and bushtucker, Chef Robyne Low from RiverMint Dining is at The Cooking Professor to cook up a feast featuring some rare and tasty ingredients served in a long-table shared dinner event.

In this unique dining experience in Perth, you and your guests will explore through taste what the region and land has to offer.

The menu will include; A warming Warrigal greens and bush basil soup with bush tomato bread and smoked macadamia butter; trout and rivermint pate; generous platters of lemon myrtle salted Western Australian prawns; seared kangaroo fillet with winter vegetables with anise myrtle and native berries; a comforting dessert with Davidson plum and tapioca and more!
