You will create Pho Vietnamese beef noodle soup, vegan Ban Xeo pancake, Lemongrass Vietnamese grilled pork chop, Tapioca and palm sugar caramel and more!
In this beginner-friendly class, they will all cook and share the Vietnamese feast together at the end! This fun social feast is a celebration of Vietnam’s food culture, where people’s lives revolve around food rituals.
