As far as food obsessions go, they don’t get much more deep-seated than Graham Arthur’s. Seeded as a 15-year-old hotel apprentice in his hometown of Scotland and cultured over many years of eye-opening travelling, managing and moonlighting. His journey has taken him from Alistair Little’s Soho restaurant and edgy celebrity haunts like Soho Moscow Club in London, to Sydney’s Bayswater Brasserie, Lynch’s in Melbourne and a slathering of adventures in Perth, from Ecucina to Balthazar, Gordon Street Garage, il-Lido Italian Canteen and Perth’s first tapas venue, Duendé.

Now Graham brings you all day dining, his way, at Arthur & Co.
