Created and operated by a couple of mates Stewart Sampson and Scott Douglas, Black Brewing Co is the sum of all its parts, a Brewery, Restaurant, Distillery and Vintner. It’s also an environment to try new things with creative people who are passionate about their craft…… everything they do is a collaboration.
They are a young and pretty diverse group and everyone has a unique skill set. The success of all they do there is not possible without good people. Leading the charge in the venue is a hospitality Ninja by the name of Sam Oliver, he is an absolute professional and leads a team that is committed to ensuring your experience with them or one of their products is pretty good.

Their restaurant is a share plate menu that is about encapsulating and expressing a cuisine that reflects the region and it’s influences. It’s a ‘West Australian local’ offering that calls on fresh, seasonal produce sourced from their own backyard but enhanced with the state’s regional ties, such as Indonesia.
