An epicurean’s dream larder, their team has filled the space with carefully selected small-batch delicacies like perfectly ripened cheeses, hand-made preserved goods, rustic bakery items and hyper-local produce like raw honey, truffles and native foods.
Adam Bielawski is their resident charcutier and a meticulous craftsman. Marrying age-old artisanal techniques with a creative use of ethically-sourced Indigenous ingredients, he creates one-of-a-kind charcuterie, luxurious pâtés and intricate terrines. You can find Adam’s handiwork on the tables of Perth’s best restaurants, or from the deli to enjoy in your own home.
Black Pig Deli and Co offers dine-in and takeaway food and coffee during the day. At night the space can be transformed for events and functions, training and education. Patrons are encouraged to bring-your-own (BYO) for a lazy Saturday or Sunday afternoon over charcuterie and cheese. Catering, gift hampers, cheese towers and beautiful grazing options are available for occasions of all sizes, from a romantic picnic for two, through to large scale corporate events.
