Opened in 2013, their architecturally award-winning converted warehouse has become a mainstay of the West Australian culinary scene.

Originally built as a pharmaceutical warehouse in 1898, they faithfully restored the heritage-listed building, preserving its history and character. They continue the story in Fremantle’s historic streets with their hand-built wood-fired ovens that carry the heart and soul of their restaurant.

Connect in their communal dining space over wood-fired, preservative-free bread, shared plates, and minimal intervention wines.

They bake, ferment, pickle and preserve using the best seasonal and local produce available. They choose responsibly sourced seafood and farming practices to reduce our environmental impact and create honest, ethical menus.
