Due South are big believers in buying local and only using the freshest ingredients and that’s why they make their own bread and even cure their own salami and meats.

The Great Southern Wine Centre currently stocks more than 70 local wineries from all five Great Southern sub-regions, including top-shelf, museum and fortified selections not widely available in the area.
