Millbrook Restaurant is a multi-award winning restaurant that uses ingredients sourced locally and as sustain-ably as possible. The restaurant incorporates more than 100 varieties of heirloom vegetables grown in the Millbrook garden and picked fresh daily, as well as stone fruit, citrus, figs, apples, herbs, free range eggs, olives and honey sourced from the estate.
Head Chef, Guy Jeffreys, was named Chef of the Year 2017 by the West Australian Good Food Guide for “plating up food that is memorable, creative and generous” with the restaurant rated 2nd across the whole state.
Millbrook is a boutique winery nestled in the jarrah forest high in the Perth Hills, 45 minutes drive south of Perth, with stunning vistas across the shimmering lake and rolling vineyards beyond. The restaurant is open for lunch.
