Offshoot Coffee has been brought to Hibernian Place by the team behind Mary Street Bakery – including Paul Aron and Michael Forde and Group Coffee Operations Manager, Rummy Keshet.
Catering to anyone after a serious coffee fix, the coffee roastery is open from early until late and also offers self-serve bakery treats for anyone passing through. Kick back with takeaways in the Hibernian Place plaza or grab a seat in-store.
The heart of Offshoot Coffee is a 15 kilogram Loring Falcon roaster, which pairs perfectly with Mary Street’s own house blend. The plan is to roast a variety of beans specifically for filter coffee, while glass windows in the cafe will enable customers to observe the process. Guests will be able to buy coffee beans and coffee making equipment as well as take part in weekly information sessions.
