Roleystone Brewing Co

Breweries and Distilleries

Nestled within Seven Sins Perth Hills is the Roleystone Brewing Co cellar door, a unique destination in itself that hosts 2021 aha chef of the year, Seb Sindermann and his team.

You can either visit the cellar door for a tasting, packaged refill or takeaways, otherwise, make a day of it by supporting the family-owned restaurant that specialises in a diverse menu incorporating flavours from around the world. Enjoy generously portioned lunches and dinners complimented by their whole range of ciders all while overlooking the beautiful Roleystone Valley.

Their ciders are brewed by friends with a shared love of cider, a commitment to quality and a passion for delivering a true grass-to-glass product. What started out as a concept amongst two friends Adam Casotti and Ross Catalano, Roleystone Brewing Co. was originally inspired by an oversupply of apples and a desire to brew and drink quality natural cider.

Dining bookings recommended.
