Simmos Ice Creamery – Rottnest

Simmos Ice Cream is a combination of the freshest local Western Australian produce followed by a few secret ingredients and Simmo’s imagination to create a truly delicious dilemma!

Armed with an ancient Irish recipe, a little ice cream machine and scoops of enthusiasm back in 1993, a father and son duo set up their little ice creamery on Commonage Road in Dunsborough, Western Australia.

Simmos now have over 60 flavours of ice cream and a swag of awards.
