Discover the stylish art of home cheese making in one of The Cheese Maker’s fun cheese making courses.

A range of courses are held at The Cheese Maker’s classroom at Swan Valley Central and occasional other venues.

Learn how to make your own delicious cheeses, with courses carefully designed so that you take home not only new skills, but wonderful memories.

Courses include: Introduction to Cheese Making (2-hour demonstration class teaching ricotta and yoghurt); Haloumi (3.5-hour hands-on course with sparkling wine and canapés); Gourmet Delights (Full day course teaching camembert, cream cheese, quark and mascarpone); Classic Delights (Full day course teaching fetta, ricotta, yoghurt, yoghurt cheese and sour cream); Farmhouse (Full day course teaching a simple semi-hard cheese); and Soft and Sexy in the City (Evening demonstration course teaching Persian Fetta and Bucheron).
