Their wines are grown via organic and/or biodynamic methods and have no additions besides a very small touch of sulphur at bottling only. The wines are unfiltered and unrefined. They offer the clearest gateway to experiencing where the wines come from. There is also artisanal spirits, cocktails, tinned and draught beer available.
The food is simple but wholesome and made from locally grown or made ingredients to complement the wines and to give joyful sustenance.
Customers engage service at the bar rather than at the table and the service is polite, casual and attentive.
They will happily give recommendations, create wine packs and guide customers to new experiences in wine.
