Their modern fleet of Toyota Hilux and Land Cruiser Prado’s are highly maintained, and they conduct safety checks and a comprehensive clean before each hire.  

Their vehicles are highly equipped for comfortable 4WD touring in remote locations, and they pride themselves on their personalised service and professional support. Whether it’s itinerary advice, their comprehensive vehicle demonstrations or their 24-hour roadside assistance, you know you are in good hands with the RedSands team.

Their Vehicles:
Two person four wheel drive camper – spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited for a travelling couple.
Five person four wheel drive camper – take the family on the road in style, with everything you could possibly need.
Four wheel drive Land Cruiser Prado – if you love to adventure, but prefer to sleep in fixed accommodation.

Their Vehicles Include: 24-hour roadside assistance, in-built, fully equipped camp kitchen, campers only) plus Engel fridge, integrated 80 litre water tank, 270-degree awning (side-awning on Prado), emergency locator beacon and UHF radio, upgraded off road suspension, two spare tyres, chairs, tables, gas bottle refills, GPS units and bedding.

Rooftop 4WD Camper and 4WD Prado's

Four-wheel drive (4WD) Camper Hire in both 2 and 5-person models and four-wheel drive (4WD) Land Cruiser Prado Hire.

The Campers are designed around the reliable and robust Toyota Hilux 4WD, customised with James Baroud rooftop tent/s and a lightweight camping pod containing high-end fittings such as; high-density anti-bacterial and super comfortable mattresses (pillows, all bedding and bath towels included); table and chairs; LED lighting with remote control; USB charger and 12-volt charger above kitchen area; Drifta camp kitchen, camp stove, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery; two gas bottles (2 kilograms each); integrated 80-litre water tank; 40-litre Engel fridge running from dual battery system; and portable camp shower.

The Prado’s are designed for clients preferring to stay in fixed accommodation, customised with 32-litre Engel fridge and in-built drawer system; chairs for each passenger; wine glasses; shady awning; under-bonnet air compressor; two spare off-road tyres and 152-litre long range fuel tank.
