Elderslie lies at the foot of Mount Duval Nature Reserve. We encompass a variety of landscapes from stringy bark Forrest and creek lands to open timber and mountains. We travel through 1.5km of rough terrain that follows the powerlines, steep in parts. 4WD vehicle required. The campsite is a flat, grassy area, the perfect spot to get back to nature and enjoy the tranquillity. Campers are welcome to enjoy a campfire – do not light fires during fire ban. Pets are allowed. There are no facilities here, campers need to BYO camp toilet and leave no trace. Just 15 minutes down the road you’ll find yourself in the regional hub of Armidale for all your shopping and supply needs.
