Fermaculture Farm

Caravan, Camping and Holiday Parks

This is a hosted stay through Hipcamp, below is the information provided by the Host regarding their offering.

We are a small family farm focused on increasing the health of our soil through regenerative agriculture. We aim to grow our own food and ferment a great deal of it for health and preservation. We provide education on fermenting and traditional food techniques through regular workshops. We also offer tours of our farm , offer exeriences such a Milk A Cow experience or permaculture tours. When you arrive ask us about tours and also if any seasonal produce is available for sale We run a micro-dairy with five milking cows (Amber, Sapphire, Chino, Kaffie , Honey) who either give us creamy raw milk to drink and make farmhouse cheese with, or raise poddy calves. We have a bunch of calves and steers, 30 egg-laying chooks, goats, sheep, a few guinea pigs, lots of worms, and a trillion or so soil micro-critters. All live congruently on green grass and each other. Pitch your tent in the shade of the orchard trees or in the open on the grass or down beside the creek.
