Belvoir Bed and Breakfast Cottages are located at Clarenza, on the southern outskirts of Grafton, the heart of the picturesque Clarence Valley. Sitting roadside on their rural property is Ivy Cottage and Dairy Cottage, which share the front paddock of their 25 acres, with their own entrances and fenced yards, approximately 100 metres apart, making them private and relaxing.

Ivy and Dairy cottages are both bed & breakfast cottages, which means breakfast is included in the tariff in the form of provisions for self-catering in the fully equipped kitchens. Provisions consist of everything required for a hearty breakfast, including their own fresh eggs, or if you prefer a continental breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, loaves of bread and preserves, all are available. This allows you to prepare breakfast at your leisure and to your liking in your very own private cottage. Kitchens are very well equipped.

Although only a five-minute drive from Grafton, the rural setting is ideal for relaxation, peace and quiet and perfectly located for travellers wanting an overnight stay or guests wanting a quiet retreat to enjoy as a base from which to tour the area, including pristine beaches, national parks and delightful villages.

Dairy Cottage

Dairy Cottage features one queen bedroom with impressively high ceiling, period style en suite with large walk-in shower, spacious sitting room with fold out sofa bed, gallery kitchen fully equipped and laundry facilities.

Both the bedroom and sitting room have reverse cycle air-conditioning. The covered carport leads directly into the cottage. A pretty courtyard with a gas barbecue.

Provisions consist of everything required for a hearty breakfast, including their own fresh eggs, or if you prefer a continental breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, breads and preserves, all are available. This allows you to prepare breakfast at leisure and to your liking in your very own private cottage.

Home baked treats, complimentary port, chocolates plus many extras make the cottage a veritable home away from home.

Ivy Cottage

Ivy Cottage, beautifully decorated with genuine antiques and collectables, is a lovingly restored two bedroom cottage. It sleeps four comfortably with a queen bed and two single beds. Suitable for solo travellers, couples, work colleagues, friends and families.

The country style kitchen is very well equipped and enjoys lovely paddock views. The spacious period-style bathroom with large claw-foot tub and overhead shower is truly a treat at the end of the day.

Provisions consist of everything for a hearty breakfast: their own fresh eggs, or if you prefer a continental breakfast of cereals, yoghurt, fruit, breads and preserves, all are available.

Tariff includes very generous breakfast provisions, which consist of everything required for a hot or cold meal, including their own fresh eggs.

Minimum three night bookings are required at Christmas/New Year, Easter, Jacaranda festival, July racing carnival and long weekends.

Rates may be slightly higher during school holidays.
