Emily House

Emily House is a family-friendly home that sleeps up to eight people. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with spacious living areas and a generous backyard with play facilities for the kids to enjoy. It’s a great base for families wanting a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle, but still a close drive to the conveniences of Coffs Harbour and Park Beach.

The renovated kitchen has stone benchtops, a gas stovetop and oven, dishwasher with a breakfast bar seating five. Make a coffee with the coffee machine and enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the large timber table in the backyard alfresco area. Or, indulge and walk to the popular cafes along Ocean Parade, just 12 minutes walk away.

The spacious lounge room has big leather lounges and large Television, opening via sliding doors onto the alfresco dining area and backyard.

Whether on holiday or workcation, this home has plenty of space for the family, or just for couples. Work or study from the home office located in one of the four bedrooms or use the separate dining area with a dining table seating eight.

Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard during the cooler months, or relax on the hammock in summer.
