Bird of Paradise is a self-contained studio villa with air-conditioning and spa. Features include queen and trundle bed, lounge chairs, table and chairs, kitchenette, and television and video. There is a lovely patio looking out over water gardens and down to the freshwater lagoon. Easy access with a ramp, but once inside it seems high up, as the view from the patio overlooks everything. Sleeps three.

Acacia Villa is air-conditioned with three levels; first level has lock up garage, shower, toilet, laundry including dryer and fourth bedroom with a double bed and two single beds; second level has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other has two sets of bunks), a bathroom with two person spa, lounge, telelvision and DVD player and sundrenched patio; third level has queen bed, walk in wardrobe, and en suite.

Orchid Villa is a very large, five bedroom unit with air-conditioning, and ramp access suitable for a wheelchair to the the ground/first level. The main level has a bedroom with queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed with a bunk above and a single bed.

The Hibiscus villa has two bedrooms, in its first bedroom a queen bed, second bedroom has double beds with skinny bunk above. Lounge, dining, kitchen, veranda, laundry and carport, two bathrooms, one with a spa.

Bouganvillea Villa is spacious, with lounge and dining room, television and DVD player, kitchen, three bedrooms – one with queen size bed and the second bedroom with a queen and single bed. Third bedroom has a set of bunks and two single beds.

Bathroom has a bath spa and separate shower. Toilet is in laundry. Relax outside on the undercover patio. Bouganvillea Villa is suitable for anyone with disabilities, the elderly, and very young children. Undercover parking for vehicle.

Niaroo Villa is air-conditioned and is situated near the pool area overlooking the lagoon. It has a large undercover patio which is fully screened.

There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed with en suite, television and DVD player, second bedroom has two sets of bunks, third bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunks. The large bathroom has a separate toilet and bath, whilst the laundry includes a dryer.

Niaroo Villa has three different levels with just two stairs splitting the levels. The villa has a lovely open plan lounge, dining, television with DVD, dishwasher, kitchen with a charming outlook, together with a lock up garage, and fenced courtyard suitable for small children and dogs.
