Situated just off the Kings Highway their 40 acre property is tucked away into the hinterland below the Clyde Mountain, backing onto Currowan State Forest. Just a few minutes drive to the beautiful Clyde River, with access to boat ramps, Nelligen waterfront and the recently refurbished River Cafe. Batemans Bay is a short 15 kilometre drive.
The one bedroom guest house is suited to couples featuring a queen size bed, built in robes, a modern en suite style bathroom, walk-in shower and laundry facilities. The kitchen is well-appointed with a large living space opening out onto a covered patio area.
The guest house is situated 50 metres from the main residence on the property with access via a separate gated driveway offering a safe and secure accommodation option with parking at your front door. There is also room to park your boat after a relaxing day on the water. Extensive landscaping and established gardens surround both dwellings ensuring privacy during your stay.
