Sundara is a seven-bedroom luxury beach house, located just footsteps from the golden sands of Werri Beach. There are spectacular ocean views from the lounge room, balcony and third-floor sunroom, a 10 by four-metre pool/ gas heated spa, six burner barbecue, entertainer’s deck as well as a detached games room, complete with a pool table and bar. There are also five bathrooms.
There’s plenty to do in the local area and Gerringong is an ideal location from which to explore the stunning South Coast and hinterland. There are beautiful beaches, award-winning restaurants/cafes and wineries, nature walks, including the 22-kilometre Kiama Coast Walk (which starts five minutes from Sundara), plus boutique shopping and galleries.
Perfect for a mid-week break, corporate retreat, weekend getaway or longer holiday with family or friends. Sundara is located just 90 minutes drive from Sydney and two hours from Canberra.

The large master bedroom is on the second storey with stunning views of Werri Beach. The room has a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite with a television.
Bedroom number two has an outlook over Werri Beach and has a queen size bed.
The view from bedrooms three and four is towards green rolling hills with local farmland in the distance. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and king-size beds which can split into singles.
Bedroom five has a queen size bed with a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom six is located in the games room and has a king-size bed and en suite, with sliding doors which open out to the garden and the pool.
