Villa number 23 has three bedrooms, the main and second bedroom are both situated on the ground floor, each room has a queen size bed in it. The ground floor is also home to two bathrooms both with toilets, full kitchen, laundry and living area.
The property also has its own private courtyard and veranda.
Unlike other villas number 23 has an enclosed bedroom upstairs which has four single size beds in it this area can also be used as a kids retreat area. Each bedroom has their own built in wardrobe.
The property is situated right near the kids playground and oasis pool, however it is not far from the main pool and heated pool.
