The Deluxe Waterview Villa has three bedrooms and sleeps seven guests. It contains a queen bed in the main bedroom, double bunk bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom. There is ironing board and iron, two toilets, one bathroom, gas log fire, DVD player, barbecue, air-conditioning, and a balcony with views of the Murray River.
