The ground floor hosts a large, air-conditioned open-plan living area with a dining table, a lounge area with a smart TV, and a gas heater. The chef’s kitchen is well-appointed with a dishwasher, large oven, gas cooking facilities, microwave, refrigerator, and quality kitchenware.
