Stockton Beach House is located at Stockton Beach, New South Wales. The house is 200m from the patrolled beach and a three minute ferry ride from Newcastle central business district.

The house sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms. There are two queen beds, a double bed, and eight single beds (3 of these single beds are the top bunk of bunk beds). Two rooms sleep two people, and two rooms sleep five people.

The house is less than 200m away from the Stockton SLSC. The tennis court is 25m away, and the fully licensed Stockton Bowling Club is just 70m from the house.

There are three highly ranked golf courses nearby – Newcastle Golf Course five kilometres, Pacific Dunes (Medowie) 20 kilometres, and Horizons Golf Course (Salamander Bay) 43 kilometres.

At Stockton you can surf, board ride, stand up paddle board, fish, bike ride. Nearby you can go four wheel driving, wine tasting, horse riding, and tobogganing.

Stockton Beach House

Stockton Beach House provides clean and comfortable family style accommodation.

This is a 1950s style house with nine feet ceilings and ornate plaster work in the two main bedrooms. It has an authentic and well maintained retro 1950s bathroom with a full sized bath. It also has a modern second bathroom. A new kitchen was installed in December 2013.

The house accommodates 14 people comfortably in four sleeping rooms. There are two rooms with queen beds. There are two rooms which each sleep five people. There are two queen beds, three single beds, two sets of bunk beds and a trio bed (double on bottom/single on top)

There are two dining areas which combined will seat 14 people. Two living rooms also seat 14 people.
