‘Selah,’ is at Birubi Point, Anna Bay, just 100 metres from Birubi and Stockton Beach. Approximately 500 metres to the Birubi Point Surf Club and the patrolled surf beach (patrolled September to April), Crest Cafe, beach fishing and the Stockton Sand Dunes for 4WD and quad bike tours and sandboarding (and watch out for whales passing by from May to November). Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay and Salamander Bay are also only 10 minutes drive away.

The upper level has open plan, air conditioned living, with a flat screen TV, Foxtel, free WiFi and a bluetooth sound system, a dining area and a gourmet kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, and a balcony with gas barbecue. The upper level also has two bedrooms (queen bed and two single beds), a bathroom and the laundry with washer and dryer and extra toilet.
The lower level has a second living room with flat screen TV, Foxtel and a DVD player, two bedrooms (two single beds and a tri bunk), the second bathroom and a large double lock up garage. Plus a fully fenced yard for the kids to play.
