On the upper level are two of the three bedrooms main with queen bed, second bedroom with a queen bed and stepping down to the third bedroom with single bunk bed for the kids.

Views galore off the large balcony off the open plan living area, bringing the outside in when the large glass sliding doors are open. The water views visible from the kitchen, through the lounge beyond. This is an absolute gem.
