Magnolias is a three-minute walk to Fingal Beach and is directly across from the Fingal Bay cycleway which is a shaded walkway directly to the beach and Fingal Bay Surf Club.

It’s a modern beach-side home that offers a spacious living area with a smart televsion, reverse cycle air conditioning, heating and free wi-fi. For the kids there’s plenty of room to play in the large level fenced backyard or walk to the children’s playground at Fingal Bay Surf Club.

It has two well-appointed bedrooms, that sleeps five (one queen bed and one triple-bunk) plus a new kitchen, that includes a coffee machine for your morning coffee.

This home is family-friendly with all living on one level and parking for two cars on-site.

Step off the sand at Fingal Beach and you’ll find Fingal Surf Club, a children’s playground and café. From Fingal Bay it’s a short drive to Nelson and Shoal Bay which is bursting with restaurants, shops and cafes. It’s here you can book dolphin tours as well as a range of other outdoor activities. Port Stephens winery is 25 minutes way. The nearest airport is Newcastle Airport 44 kilometres from Magnolias.

An easy weekend or week-day getaway, all year round. Magnolias is a stunning beach house to relax in, while you explore the Port Stephens area.
