The entry level has a well-equipped, functional kitchen neighbouring two separate dining areas as well as the living area, which has two comfortable lounges, a flat screen television and a pedestal fan. Glass doors open out to a leafy private yard area with an outdoor setting and barbeque. This level also offers the large master bedroom with en suite, internal laundry and separate powder room.
The upper level homes three additional good-sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a cosy, private balcony, and the other two each offer two sets of bunk beds, as well as a main bathroom with corner bath, shower and toilet.
There is also a single lock up garage, carport for your boat and plenty of driveway space. The estate is secured by communal gates which are kept locked at certain times and can be opened with a pass code.
