The property is a large, modern duplex, set within 10 metres of the water, with a council reserve in the front, which is a great area for the children to play in. Woodys Place is the top floor unit, which is situated at road level and has great access – there are no steps!

The property features three large bedrooms, all with built ins and water views, a stylish, fully equipped kitchen, open plan living area, and two bathrooms.

There is undercover parking for two cars. You can drive in off the street and park your car within two metres of the front door.

This property is located at Soldiers Point which is one of the more quiet areas of Port Stephens, and it is only 10 minutes from Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay. The unit was Architect designed to to take full advantage of it’s beautiful northerly aspect and afternoon sea breezes, which make it is a pleasure to be in.
